Greetings!

We are delighted to announce that we are nearly ready to begin the first REBT Central Book Study Group, beginning with the classic "Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy" by David Burns, M.D. We believe that this may be an innovation in so far as REBT education is concerned, and hope that it could one day become an established institution to make it easier for people to learn and apply these exciting principles and techniques.  If ever there is enough interest and willing moderators, there is no reason why we cannot have more than one book study going on at the same time; such as one for beginners and another for more advanced.  But first things first!

Please support this project by sending an e-mail to rebtcentral@gmail.com with your name or username stating your intention to participate. I'll post and continually update the list here until the launch date.  Also, please feel free to reply to this post with questions and comments for discussion.

Stand by for start dates, instructions and updates.

Meanwhile, if you don't have a copy of "Feeling Good", you may purchase a second-hand copy for just a couple of $bucks$ from Amazon.com via the fantastic REBT Central Book Shop http://astore.amazon.com/rebtcentral-20

Tell you friends, neighbors and netmates, and help pass the word.  Thanks!

Aloha,

Rex
