Hi All,

My psychologist wrote a client's guide to REBT many years ago and he uses it with all of his clients.  He has written and/or cowritten many books on REBT, he teaches at a local University, and he provides Leadership Training and Life Skill Training to the public.

I would like to add the text he gave me for use in therapy.

"The Rational-Emotive Therapy Companion"
"A Clear, Concise, and Complete Guide to being an RET Client"
By: Dr. Russell M. Grieger and Dr. Paul Woods
ISBN: 0-914044-10-9
